Comprising the southeast corner of Sunnyvale, Birdland is a pleasant neighborhood that merges a relaxed residential vibe with excellent proximity to amenities and major employers. Though not many businesses are located within the confines of Birdland, several plazas and shopping centers line its boundaries, giving residents prime access without interfering with the predominant suburban aura of the community.
