Dear Julie, Let us take this opportunity to thank you for all the help and hard work you put into helping us sell our house and buy another one in such a short duration! In review, in early April we decided to sell our home at 361 Pescadero Terrace because we had outgrown the house. We would have anticipated selling a house being a true challenge in our situation -- we had been there since 2000, with a houseful people including three young children and grandparents. Thanks to the very efficient and energetic job you did, our house was put on the market very soon, and sold after the first week of the open house. We had multiple offers and the close of escrow went very smoothly. We also want to express our great appreciation to you in helping us find our new home in such a timely manner. We made the offer and completed the close of escrow in three weeks. We remained in the sold house until the new home was ready, removing the trouble of two moves from our lives.
