Expert advice and high quality, personal service

I remember a couple of times I sent her an email at midnight and got a reply just a few minutes later...

When we decided to buy a home at the end of 2008, neither my wife nor I knew that much about the real estate business. We were fortunate enough to have Julie as our agent who was referred to us by a friend.  She pretty much hand held us through the entire house hunting process. She started with evaluating our financial situation and setting a reasonable budget, then recommended a few areas for us to explore. As first time home buyers, we only had very vague ideas about the area and type of home we wanted. Julie was very patient showing us all the different types of houses we wanted to see, and explaining all the factors we should consider, until we could narrow down our choices. She was very knowledgeable about the areas. We draw heavily on her advice.  Six months later we finally zeroed in a house we liked and got our offer accepted. The amount of paperwork that followed was quite overwhelming, not to mention they were all written in obscure legal terms and jargons. But Julie was always available to answer our questions. I remember a couple of times I sent her an email at midnight and got a reply just a few minutes later. That definitely helps when you need to go through 100 pages of legal documents in a few hours!  Our loan broker was also referred by Julie, who turned out to be a very good one. I don't know how other realtors handle their client's loan applications, but in our case Julie worked very closely with me and the loan broker. If I have a question and cannot reach our broker, I would call Julie and she would find the answer for us. That was very assuring.  So if you need expert advice and high quality, personal service in the real estate market, I highly recommend Julie!  Y. Qiao
