Once you’ve found your ideal property, we handle the necessary documentation and disclosure requests with the seller. To ensure you know the property background, we carefully review items such as property inspection reports, pest inspection reports, seller disclosures, preliminary title report, and Homeowners’ Association (HOA) documents. At the close of escrow, ownership transfers from the seller to the buyer. The deed is executed and the recording of the title transfers from the seller to the buyer. Congratulations—you now own your new home!
