The wealth of knowledge and experience that Julie acquired from her family’s business proved to be invaluable. She focuses on providing superior, personalized service to her clients, 80% of whom come from referrals or are repeat clients. Her success can be partly attributed to her single-minded dedication to providing the best possible representation to each and every client. She inherited a passion for real estate from her parents, who for over 20 years have owned and operated a highly successful real estate development company in Taiwan.
Julie not only speaks fluent Chinese, but she also understands the Asian culture, which provides an edge for her clients when conducting and negotiating real estate transactions in the Bay Area.
Julie has a BS from UC Berkeley in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, and an MBA. She lives in Palo Alto where she is very involved with her extended families and community.

Personal Facts About Julie
- Worked in high tech companies such as Oracle and other internet start-ups prior to real estate career.
- Julie’s first internship was at Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory, second internship was at Geoworks, Berkeley, where they made pen-based computers.
- Julie enjoys hiking, attending opera, concerts, watching Giants, Warriors games, entertaining friends and fine foods.
- Julie enjoyed traveling. She had traveled to Ukraine, Panama Canal, Switzerland, France, Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria, Netherlands, Germany, Turkey, Japan and many parts of China.
- Currently lives in Palo Alto where she is very involved with her extended families and community.
- Born and raised in a big family with 6 children in Taiwan, fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese
- Immigrated to the Bay Area with her family in 1988, lived in Cupertino when they first came to the US.
- Julie’s family moved to Palo Alto when they acquired a local Chinese restaurant in Downtown Palo Alto in 1994.
- Julie’s parents owned real estate development firm in Taiwan for over 20 years and she grew up seeing many communities been built.
- She helped show and sell her parents’ first house in Cupertino when she was 18.
- Julie attended Monta Vista High in Cupertino when she first came to the US. Some of her siblings attended Cupertino schools, and some attended Palo Alto schools. As a result, she is very familiar with both school districts.
