Dear Julie Thank you for being a such wonderful agent throughout the entire selling process of our condo unit at 2255 Showers Drive #125, Mountain View. Despite the bad economy in Silicon Valley and the terrible timing of our decision to sell (during the 2003 US-Iraqi war), you persevered. You patiently and tirelessly prepared and marketed our little place. While other agents were selling below the asking prices (for other similar units in our complex during the same time frame), you understood our situation and tried even harder. As we were getting increasingly discouraged in selling during such bad conditions, you managed to successfully sell our property at the asking price which we hoped and prayed for. Without your resourcefulness, integrity and excellence, we would never have sold our condo unit at the right time and at the right price. As first time sellers, the entire selling process was terrifying. Actually the process is still like a blur to us but you have made our experience positive and it was certainly a pleasure to have you working for us and encouraging us along the way.
